For change management in Salesforce programmes I work with Juliane Winterscheid. My own focus stays on Salesforce architecture on the client side; where others have more experience, I bring in cooperation partners I know personally and trust.

A programme needs more than a good architecture: the people in the company also have to adopt new processes. For that I bring in partners who are strong in exactly that area, because nobody is the best expert in every field, and neither am I. Recruiters will find further down how I work with them.

Juliane Winterscheid

Juliane is an expert in change management, with many renowned references and a strong management background. She therefore knows companies not only from the outside view of consulting but also from the inside: how decisions are made, where resistance comes from and what a team needs to adopt new ways of working. She is Prosci certified and works with the ADKAR model. We work together on change management in Salesforce programmes.
